Description
A longevity club in Príncipe Real whose foundation treatment is sauna and cold plunge: heat at 85 °C and cold water at 5–10 °C, taken in two or three cycles. A one-hour sauna and cold plunge day pass costs €40, and one-day packages from €104 add float, red light, hydrogen, hyperbaric oxygen or other treatments. Open Monday to Friday 9:00–21:00 and weekends 10:00–20:00.
