Casa Koti Condesa
Casa Koti Condesa is the flagship of Koti, a Mexico City contrast-therapy house. A large group sauna holds up to 20 guests, with cold plunges and sunlit outdoor showers, and a separate private sauna for up to four has its own shower, balcony and cold plunge. Koti runs traditional dry saunas with infrared at 80–90 °C and plunges at 3–10 °C. Walk-ins are welcome when there is space; a starter pack of three 60-minute sessions costs MX$1,000.
Koti Lomas
Koti's Lomas de Chapultepec site is its largest, built for social contrast sessions: one spacious group sauna for up to 25 guests, three cold plunges and fully separate private changing areas. Koti's saunas combine traditional dry and infrared heat at 80–90 °C, with plunges at 3–10 °C. The space can also be booked privately for groups. Koti Polanco is Koti's fourth site and a boutique social bathhouse: a sauna that opens onto a terrace with loungers, a cave steam room, cold plunges, hot mineral soaking tubs, an immersive sound bubble, a juice and snack bar and a quiet rest room. A day pass has no time limit. Koti's saunas run at 80–90 °C, steam and soaks at 40–50 °C and plunges at 3–10 °C. A three-day starter pack costs MX$1,500; bathing attire is required in the group spaces.
