Baños Rocío is a neighbourhood baños de vapor in Valentín Gómez Farías, Venustiano Carranza, that welcomes everyone regardless of race, religion or sexual orientation. It offers private rooms with shower, steam or turco (Turkish steam) and a general steam room for men. Prices on its site run from MX$60 for a private shower room and MX$70 with steam to MX$95 for the men's general steam. It opens Monday to Saturday 8:00 to 20:00 and Sunday until 16:00.

Baños Señorial is a traditional baños de vapor in the Centro Histórico, beside the Claustro de Sor Juana. It offers sauna, steam and turco (Turkish steam) in both general and individual rooms, a jacuzzi, private Suites Señorial and individual showers, plus a food area, massage, a unisex barbershop, pedicure and its own car park. Koti Polanco is Koti's fourth site and a boutique social bathhouse: a sauna that opens onto a terrace with loungers, a cave steam room, cold plunges, hot mineral soaking tubs, an immersive sound bubble, a juice and snack bar and a quiet rest room. A day pass has no time limit. Koti's saunas run at 80–90 °C, steam and soaks at 40–50 °C and plunges at 3–10 °C. A three-day starter pack costs MX$1,500; bathing attire is required in the group spaces.

Thai Spa's Polanco branch, on Presa Falcón about 200 m from Plaza Carso and Antara, runs a temazcal alongside its massage rooms. The temazcal is a pre-Hispanic herbal steam lodge heated with volcanic stones and guided by the spa's chamanas. It is booked from two people, up to five per session, at MX$499 per person for 40 minutes or MX$949 for 80 minutes with a shaman ritual; a three-hour pre-Hispanic package adds scrub, copal mask and massage.
