H Spa is the leisure club and day spa of Horwood House, a manor house hotel set in 38 acres at Little Horwood, south-west of Milton Keynes. Facilities include a traditional sauna, a steam room, a 15 m swimming pool, a gym, six treatment rooms and a relaxation lounge for spa day guests. Non-residents can book spa days or join as members without staying at the hotel.
