renü is an independent contrast-therapy centre on Pineham Farm, north of Milton Keynes. A custom-built traditional Finnish sauna holds around 85°C and can be booked for up to seven people, a full-spectrum infrared sauna is booked privately for one or two, and chilled cold plunges go as low as 3°C. Sessions last 45 minutes; a Finnish sauna and plunge session costs £25 per person. There is an on-site café.
