Spa Victoria occupies the fifth and sixth floors of the Radisson Montevideo Victoria Plaza on Plaza Independencia. It has a heated semi-Olympic pool behind windows overlooking Montevideo Bay, a whirlpool, a dry sauna, a solarium and a gym. Non-guests can buy day packages such as the Relax Day (USD 67), which pairs a body treatment or 30-minute massage with use of the spa; booking is required and payment is cashless.
VIAAQUA Buceo
VIAAQUA Buceo is a fitness centre of more than 3,000 m² in the M.O.M. building on Luis Alberto de Herrera, looking over Montevideo's financial district. Alongside a large weights room and group classes it has a Finnish-style sauna heated to 80–100 °C. Non-members can buy a one-day Activity Day pass (UYU 1,200) valid at the VIAAQUA centre of their choice. Open Monday to Friday 6:30–22:00, Saturday 9:00–18:00 and Sunday 9:00–13:00.

VIAAQUA Malvín is a three-level fitness centre of more than 2,300 m² in the Malvín neighbourhood, with a weights and machines room and five studios for group classes. It has a Finnish-style sauna heated to 80–100 °C. Non-members can buy a one-day Activity Day pass (UYU 1,200) valid at the VIAAQUA centre of their choice. Open Monday to Friday 6:30–22:00 and Saturday 9:00–18:00; the branch page gives no Sunday hours.

VIAAQUA Punta Carretas is a seven-level, 5,000 m² fitness and wellness centre inside Punta Carretas Shopping, and also houses the VIAAQUA Spa. Its relaxation area has pools, a whirlpool, a Finnish sauna heated to 80–100 °C and a steam bath. Visitors can buy a one-day Activity Day pass (UYU 1,200) covering all facilities, and spa massages include sauna and water-zone access.
