VIAAQUA Punta Carretas is a seven-level, 5,000 m² fitness and wellness centre inside Punta Carretas Shopping, and also houses the VIAAQUA Spa. Its relaxation area has pools, a whirlpool, a Finnish sauna heated to 80–100 °C and a steam bath. Visitors can buy a one-day Activity Day pass (UYU 1,200) covering all facilities, and spa massages include sauna and water-zone access. Open Monday to Friday 6:30–22:00, Saturday 9:00–18:00, Sunday 9:00–13:00.
