Hold Space

Hold Space is a boutique recovery studio in Lehel that combines heat and cold: a Finnish sauna of 90°C and three ice baths at 2°C, 8°C and 15°C. Coach-led sessions cover sauna with Aufguss, ice bathing with breathwork, contrast therapy, mobility and stretching, while 'Open Space' slots let guests use sauna and ice baths at their own pace. Non-members can buy single tickets: 35 EUR for a guided sauna and ice-bath session, 28 EUR for open space and 30 EUR for guided ice bathing.
