Its two-hour spa path includes a Finnish sauna, a Turkish bath with essence dispensers, a heated whirlpool pool with cervical jets, chromotherapy emotional showers, a Kneipp foot bath and a herbal tea corner. Two-hour entries are priced from €40 to €130, couples can book the spa exclusively, and a swim cap is required in the water.

Pausilya Therme is a sea-view day spa on Via Posillipo beside Palazzo Donn'Anna. Its two-hour wellness path at €50 per person leads through saunas and aromatic steam baths scented with lavender, eucalyptus and mint, then pools at different temperatures including a cold tub, and a relaxation area with loungers facing the sea. Entry is 18+ and booking is required. The wellness area opens Tuesday to Saturday 10:00 to 23:00 and Sunday to 20:00; in August it closes at 20:00 daily.
Terme Stufe di Nerone
Terme Stufe di Nerone is a thermal park in Bacoli, in the Campi Flegrei west of Naples, fed by 80°C mineral springs. Its two natural stufe are humid grottoes heated by the thermal water below, at about 53°C and full of mineral-rich vapour, beside thermal pools. A day entry costs €40 and booking is always required. Closed Wednesdays; from late October to March it opens 8:00 to 23:00 on weekdays and to 20:00 at weekends, and it closes for maintenance 16 November to 2 December 2026.

Gold Spa is the 1,000 square metre wellness centre of the Gold Tower Lifestyle Hotel in eastern Naples, open to outside guests. The wellness path includes a Finnish dry sauna, a biosauna, a Turkish bath, emotional showers, jacuzzi tubs at different temperatures and a whirlpool pool with a cervical waterfall, plus a relaxation area and garden. Outside guests pay €40 Monday to Thursday and €50 Friday to Sunday; the path runs daily 9:30 to 18:30. Private Spa sessions are also offered.
Vesuvian Spa & Fitness – Napoli Palace & Spa
Vesuvian Spa is the wellness area of Napoli Palace & Spa, a five-star LHP hotel in Fuorigrotta. It has a heated indoor pool with whirlpool, a Finnish sauna, a Turkish bath, an emotional shower and an Ice Cave for cooling down. Treatments include massages, algae facials, scrubs, manicures and pedicures. The spa can be booked for exclusive use for celebrations, and it opens Monday to Friday 14:00 to 20:00 and weekends 10:00 to 20:00.

Gora Wellness is a premium fitness club in Cesa, north of Naples, whose GoraSpa follows the Starpool sp.a system of heat, cold and rest. It has a Finnish sauna, a Turkish bath, a salt room, an ice waterfall, a Cold Breeze cooling station and a water area. The spa opens 10:00 to 22:00 on Monday to Wednesday and Friday, mornings only on Thursday and Sunday, and to 17:30 on Saturday. On Thursday afternoons it can be booked as a private spa for small groups.
