Description
Backyard is Framework's East Nashville outpost, a smaller contrast therapy studio with one social sauna held at about 190 F that seats up to twelve people and four cold tubs between 40 and 60 F. Sessions are cheaper than at the Wedgewood-Houston flagship at $25 on weekdays and $35 at weekends, and the studio opens at 7 AM on weekdays and 8 AM at weekends.
