Ritual Community Sauna & Wellness Space

Ritual is an East Nashville sauna house on Porter Road with a custom-built traditional Finnish sauna of solid aspen that comfortably fits 10 to 12 people, two lounge studios with infrared heaters for up to four guests and two solo studios combining infrared and traditional heaters. Sessions run 45 minutes and cost $25 per person in the community sauna, $40 solo and $55 for two in a lounge studio. An outdoor pop-up cold plunge and private hire are available.
