Sauna 365 (Relax365) is an independent wellness centre in Ostrava-Poruba with two Finnish saunas at 90 °C and 95 °C, a bio sauna at 50 °C and an aroma steam sauna, six cold showers, an outdoor cooling pool and a five-person whirlpool. The sauna centre is mixed and open daily 14:00–22:00; 120 minutes cost 440 CZK and unlimited time 510 CZK. A separate private sauna with whirlpool and a SaltAir salt-mist infrared cabin can be booked by phone.

Wellness U Felošů is a small family-run sauna below a family house in Ostrava-Michálkovice. It has a Finnish sauna (90–105 °C), a steam sauna and an aroma sauna, each for four people, plus a rest area with heated loungers. The whole area is mixed and swimwear-free. Open weekdays 16:00–21:00 and weekends 13:00–21:00, booked by phone; two hours cost 380 CZK, and private sessions or hire of the whole area can be arranged.
