Wellness U Felošů is a small family-run sauna below a family house in Ostrava-Michálkovice. It has a Finnish sauna (90–105 °C), a steam sauna and an aroma sauna, each for four people, plus a rest area with heated loungers. The whole area is mixed and swimwear-free. Open weekdays 16:00–21:00 and weekends 13:00–21:00, booked by phone; two hours cost 380 CZK, and private sessions or hire of the whole area can be arranged.

Relax Days calls itself the largest sauna world in Ostrava. Inside the Clarion Congress Hotel in Zábřeh, it has Finnish, tropical and silent saunas, a steam room, a sauna cabin and an outdoor 'miner's sauna' (hornická sauna) for up to 50 people at 85–90 °C, where talking is not allowed. Its wellness area has a Finnish sauna (60–110 °C), a steam bath (40–50 °C), a large whirlpool and a tub of cold water for cooling, next to an 8 × 4 m relaxation pool kept at 30 °C.
