ZIMA is a wood-fired Russian banya and spa complex in Rawai, kept at around 60°C so guests steam with steam rather than raw heat. Entry gives three hours in the banya, a hammam, a hot Japanese-style onsen, an ice plunge and a pool, including two group 'Fresh Steam' parenie sessions with a steammaster; private venik programmes cost extra.
