A boutique wellness spa in Wayland Square on Providence's East Side that runs bookable infrared sauna programmes for one or two people, from a 30-minute anti-aging session at $45 to a 45-minute cardiovascular programme at $65, plus packs and monthly memberships. Short infrared sessions are also included with its facials and body treatments. Open by appointment only, Monday and Wednesday to Sunday.
