Rhode Island Hot Yoga Wellness Center

The wellness centre downstairs from Rhode Island Hot Yoga's Providence studio on Valley Street offers sessions in a private Clearlight infrared sauna alongside massage and red light therapy. Drop-in sauna sessions are $25 for 30 minutes or $100 for five, with lower rates for studio members and wellness memberships that include unlimited sauna. Guests wear light exercise clothes; changing areas are available and showers are on request.
