Description
The Atrium Health Club is a gym and padel club on Scours Lane in Tilehurst, west Reading, with an adults-only spa built for recovery: a 100 °C sauna with a salt wall, an infrared therapy room, a steam room, a 5 °C cold plunge pool, an ice scrub, hot stone beds and an experience shower. Non-members can buy a gym and spa day pass for £20, spa-only membership starts at £59 a month, and the spa can be hired privately.
