Description
Caversham Health Club, run by iST Fitness, is a boutique membership gym on Archway Road in central Caversham, next to Waitrose, with studios for Pilates, cycling and bootcamp classes. Its Finnish dry sauna runs at around 80 °C and is scented with lavender, rosemary, orange and eucalyptus. The club opens 6 AM to 10 PM on weekdays and 8 AM to 7 PM at weekends.
