Spa Atlantis is the 30,000 sq ft spa of the Atlantis Casino Resort Spa. Its heat room is a laconium, a lounge of heated contoured benches and warm floors that the spa offers as a gentler alternative to a traditional sauna, alongside a brine inhalation light-therapy lounge and an aqua lounge with jetted pools and a cold water pool. Day passes are reserved by phone. The spa opens daily 8 AM to 9 PM for guests aged 18 and over.
Spa Toscana at Peppermill Reno
Spa Toscana is the three-storey, 33,000 sq ft spa of the Peppermill Resort, styled on Roman baths. Its separate men's and women's ritual rooms have cedar wood saunas, eucalyptus steam, hot and cold plunge pools and deluge showers, and the Caldarium adds an indoor pool and sun deck. A day pass costs $85 and is sold Tuesday to Thursday only. The spa opens 8 AM to 8 PM, until 9 PM on Fridays and Saturdays, for guests aged 18 and over.

The Spa at Grand Sierra Resort is the full-service spa of the Grand Sierra Resort and Casino east of downtown. A $75 day pass, or any treatment of $75 or more, gives all-day access to the pool, saunas, steam rooms, jacuzzi and lockers, and spa guests may also use the fitness center. Locals within 50 miles get 20% off Sunday to Thursday. The spa opens 9 AM to 6 PM Monday to Thursday and 9 AM to 7 PM Friday to Sunday.
