PLUNJ Salt Lake is a Nordic-style contrast bathhouse in South Salt Lake where guests move freely between a 194°F dry sauna built over 500 lbs of sauna rocks and 50°F cold pools, with Scandinavian bucket showers and a quiet lounge between rounds. Swimwear is required, general admission sessions are capped at eight to ten people, and private group bookings are sold at a discount.
