Aqua Day Spa

Aqua Day Spa is a traditional Korean-style sauna on Convoy Street in Kearny Mesa, fully separated between men and women, with a steam sauna, dry sauna, hot jacuzzi and cold pool in each section. The women's side adds a jjimjilbang with Himalayan salt and red clay rooms, the men's a sleep room. Entrance is $35 with a three-hour limit and is included with treatments such as the 30-minute Korean body scrub ($85). Open daily 8:30 AM to 9:00 PM with four hours of validated parking.
