TruSelf Sporting Club

TruSelf Sporting Club is a full-service fitness club on Waring Road serving Allied Gardens, Del Cerro, San Carlos and Grantville, with weights, cardio, group classes, Peloton bikes, an outdoor turf zone and towel service. Its recovery area pairs a Sunlighten infrared sauna with cold plunges for contrast therapy, plus Normatec compression boots; the infrared sauna is open to non-members and a free three-day guest pass is offered. Open Monday to Friday 5 AM to 9 PM and weekends 8 AM to 4 PM.
