Balneário Amazonas is a long-running men's sauna on Rua do Gasômetro in Brás that describes itself as a meeting point for men. It has a steam room and a dry sauna in the basement, a newer upper-floor sauna, showers, individual cabins, TV rooms, a smoking area, a panoramic roof terrace and an American bar. Balneário Maria José has run as a men's sauna and urban spa in Bom Retiro since 1970, built around wood-fired ovens. It has three saunas, a dry sauna at about 70 °C, a Finnish-style sauna at about 60 °C and an herbal steam room, plus a cold pool with a waterfall, an ofurô with Himalayan salt, a sun deck and a bar. Unlimited-time entry costs R$124.90, with extras such as a eucalyptus-branch vassourinha scrub. Open Monday to Friday 2–10 PM and Saturday 9 AM–9 PM.

Kontrast is a contrast-therapy club on Avenida Rebouças in Pinheiros that pairs a hot sauna (80–90 °C) with ice baths and guided breathwork, in cycles of about 15 minutes of heat and 2–3 minutes of ice led by a guide. It is a members' club, but non-members can book sessions Tuesday to Friday 6–10 PM and weekends and holidays 10 AM–6 PM; it is closed on Mondays. Swimwear is required in the sauna and tubs, and entry is for adults only.
