Description
Kura-no-yu is a natural hot-spring bathhouse at JR Naebo Station, one stop from Sapporo, charging the sento price of ¥500. Its alkaline spring fills a hot indoor tub and the main open-air bath, beside a lit cave-style outdoor pool. The sauna runs at about 94 °C with a TV, the groundwater cold bath at about 14 °C, and an outdoor air-bathing area has deck and infinity chairs. Tattoos are refused. Open daily 10:00–24:00, last entry 23:00.
