Plunge Club is a social bathhouse on Level 3 at 38 North Canal Road, built around a 40-person European hot stone sauna at 95°C with Aufguss rituals and two arctic plunges at 4°C and 8°C. A recovery lounge and semi-private suites with zero-gravity loungers, compression boots and red light therapy sit alongside. Sessions last 90 minutes, walk-ins are welcome subject to space, the club is co-ed and swimwear is required throughout. It can also be booked for private events of up to 50 guests.
