Sanctuary is an independent soaking and sauna spa in Spokane's West Central neighbourhood, run as a medical spa. It has a traditional hot rock dry sauna in the Finnish style, a full-spectrum infrared sauna, a 12-foot Japanese-style hot soaking tub kept at 102-103°F and a cold plunge pool for contrast bathing. A single day-use pass costs $39; it is closed on Mondays.
