Base Body Fitness is an independent gym at Park Hall Business Village in Longton, established in 2005, with classes, personal training, massage and sunbeds. It runs infrared saunas, including a female infrared sauna, which are free for TOTAL members and bookable by non-members at £10 a session. Open 6 AM to 10 PM on weekdays and 8 AM to 8 PM at weekends.
