MY GYM Szczecin

MY GYM is a 24/7 gym on ul. Milczańska with a regeneration zone holding a mixed sauna and massage stations. The sauna is included in every pass and in the sports cards the club accepts, and a single gym entry costs 39 PLN. The club rules make the sauna adults-only and textile-free: no clothing or footwear inside, with a towel under the whole body as the only cover.

Monday to Sunday: open 24 hours
