Ruska Bania is a wood-fired Russian-style banya on the shore of Lake Głębokie, beside the Głębokie bathing beach. The main banya holds up to 14 people for public or private sessions led by a sauna master, with four guided rounds, aromatherapy and optional birch or oak venik massage. A separate panoramic sauna for 7 is booked exclusively. Guests cool off in the lake or a cold shower; the sauna zone is textile-free.

The municipal sauna of the Szczecin House of Sport (Szczeciński Dom Sportu), run by MOSRiR, sits on the top floor of the Floating Arena, the city's 50-metre Olympic pool on ul. Wąska. The renovated relaxation zone is open daily 8:00–22:00, a one-hour single entry costs 20 PLN, and groups of up to ten can rent it for 160 PLN an hour. The building closes on public holidays such as 1 and 11 November.
