The Carlton Tel Aviv hotel's recently renewed spa and health club looks out over the Mediterranean, pairing an intimate modern spa and a sauna with a new, fully equipped gym with a Kinetic machine and free weights, where nine screens show a live feed of the waves below. Guests take spa treatments with sea views, a small healthy buffet serves snacks, herbal teas and cold drinks, and trainers are available on request. The hotel also has a rooftop pool and jacuzzi.
