Ice Guru Allenby

Ice Guru Allenby is an ice bath and sauna complex at Allenby Street 17 in central Tel Aviv, a short walk from the Carmel Market, Dizengoff and the beach. Experienced instructors lead group and private ice bath workshops, and Ice Guru also runs meditation and nail-board standing workshops. The complex is open 24/7 to club members for independent immersions. It is one of three Ice Guru branches in Tel Aviv.
