Fire & Ice Club is an ice bath and infrared sauna club on the Tel Aviv seafront, one level above the promenade beneath Atarim Square and opposite Gordon Pool. Visitors can drop in without a reservation: single entry costs ₪80 and covers an ice bath dip and the infrared sauna, with 10- and 20-entry passes. Guided ice bath and breathing workshops run on Fridays and Saturdays. It is open six days a week and closed on Thursdays.
