Dankjewellness is a community sauna that runs a site on Scheveningen beach alongside its polder location in Leiden. An 80-minute session alternates heat, cold and rest: guests use the wood-fired sauna and ice baths, either at their own pace in a Free Flow session from 15 euro or in a guided Saunagus infusion from 25 euro. Groups can hire a sauna and hot tub privately. Swimwear is worn; booking is online.

Caesar is a fitness and spa club on the Mauritskade built around a swimming pool from 1883, the oldest in The Hague and the first indoor pool in the Netherlands. Its wellness has six saunas: Finnish at 99 C, Kelo, herbal, Himalayan salt crystal, infrared and steam, plus a whirlpool and an Aqua Lounge rest area. Löyly infusions run daily in the Kelo sauna. The saunas are nude zones. Access is by membership; open weekdays 07:00 to 23:00, weekends 09:00 to 22:00.
