Caesar is a fitness and spa club on the Mauritskade built around a swimming pool from 1883, the oldest in The Hague and the first indoor pool in the Netherlands. Its wellness has six saunas: Finnish at 99 C, Kelo, herbal, Himalayan salt crystal, infrared and steam, plus a whirlpool and an Aqua Lounge rest area. Löyly infusions run daily in the Kelo sauna. The saunas are nude zones. Access is by membership; open weekdays 07:00 to 23:00, weekends 09:00 to 22:00.

The Spa & Beauty of the Grand Hotel Amrâth Kurhaus, the 19th-century seafront hotel in Scheveningen, has an indoor pool looking out over the beach and sea, a Finnish sauna, an infrared cabin, a steam bath, a cool-off and a mist shower. Non-guests can book a day entry for pool, sauna and fitness, or buy a ten-visit card. It opens daily 07:00 to 22:00, with adults-only hours from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 19:00 to 22:00.

Promenade Healthclub & Spa occupies the lower floor of the Leonardo Royal Hotel The Hague Promenade beside Van Stolkpark. It has a Finnish sauna at about 80 C, an outdoor Finnish sauna on a walled private terrace, an infrared sauna, a steam room and a heated indoor pool with jet streams. Unlike most Dutch saunas, swimwear is always required here. Non-members can buy a day pass; open weekdays 06:30 to 23:00 and weekends 08:00 to 21:00.
