Rē Sauna

Rē Sauna on Kenaston Boulevard bills itself as Winnipeg's first infrared sauna studio: guests book private full-spectrum infrared sauna sessions of up to 40 minutes, with chromotherapy and red light therapy in every cabin, and the studio also offers registered massage therapy. The saunas run at about 45 to 55 °C. A single session costs $50, a 20-minute session $27, and first-time clients pay $30. Open daily by appointment only.
