Private saunas in Bend, United States
541 Social Club Contrast Sauna
541 Social Club offers booked guided contrast-therapy sessions at its SE Centennial Street headquarters. Each session uses its traditional wooden barrel sauna and a cold plunge, with individual community appointments listed on the operator’s schedule. Its FAQ lists a first-visit offer and refers to a regular per-session price, so guests can book without buying a membership; booking is now handled through Foundation Health and Fitness.

The operator says this site has two wood-fired saunas, cold plunges and showers, and offers bookable public or private sessions. It is distinct from its seasonal Riverside sauna at Riverbend Park.
