Camino Wellness Sanctuary is a massage and wellness studio in downtown Colorado Springs whose private recovery room pairs an infrared sauna, kept between 125 and 145°F, with a cold plunge at around 55°F and a shower. The room is reserved for the whole session in 15, 30, 45 or 60 minute slots, and a sauna and plunge pass is also sold through ResortPass. The studio is known for Ashiatsu barefoot massage.
