One Wellness is an independent wellness studio on Queens Road near Coventry city centre built around contrast therapy: infrared saunas run at 80–90 °C alongside ice baths held at 3–8 °C. Sessions range from a 20-minute quick dip to a 60-minute private session, and the Cold Club package adds time in a Himalayan salt room. It also runs hot infrared classes and spa treatments. Open Monday, Wednesday and weekends from early morning.
