Budokan Sportcenter Dortmund
Budokan is a martial arts and fitness centre on Sonnenstraße in Dortmund's Innenstadt-West, teaching kickboxing, Muay Thai, MMA, Taekwon-Do, Krav Maga and boxing. Members have a sauna area with a rest room and a cold plunge pool, open Monday to Thursday 19:00–21:30 and Sunday 13:30–16:30, with a women-only slot on Sunday 12:00–13:30. Sauna is for over-18s and is included in most membership tariffs.
Elite Fitzone Sportscenter
Elite Fitzone is a sports centre in Dortmund-Aplerbeck with more than 10,000 m² of space for fitness, martial arts, badminton, squash, billiards and darts, plus a wellness area with a sauna, a swimming pool and rest areas. Non-members can buy a sauna ticket: 12 € for three hours or 17 € for a day, with a ten-visit card at 115 €. Members can add sauna to fitness contracts.
