Beit Sisu

Beit Sisu is an independent contrast-therapy studio inside the Arjaan by Rotana hotel in Dubai Media City. It is neither a spa nor a gym: private suites combine an infrared sauna at 50–75 °C, a cold plunge at 3.5–8 °C and a red-light therapy tower, and can be booked solo or with a friend. Staff give first-timers pointers on contrast sessions. Free valet parking. Open seven days a week from 7:00 to 21:00.
