DUBANYA opened in 2022 as the first traditional Russian banya in Dubai and the Gulf, at the Dukes The Palm hotel on Palm Jumeirah. The steam room runs at 60–80 °C with 40–60% humidity, with venik (birch or oak broom) steaming by a therapist, warm and cold plunge pools (about 8 °C) and snow. Sessions last three hours at 11:00, 15:00 and 19:00; men's and women's sessions are held separately, entry is 16+, and advance booking is required.
