for sauner is a reservation-only sauna in Nishinakasu that caps its indoor DOME SAUNA at nine guests, each with their own reclining chair. The dome-shaped hot room is paired with a lie-down cold bath of soft water and a body dryer. DOME SAUNA is men-only apart from regular ladies' days and costs ¥3,300 for 80 minutes. A separate rooftop sauna is hired privately by groups in swimwear, from ¥24,000 for two hours.

TOTOPA Hakata opened in August 2026 in Meiji Park by Hakata station. Men use the third floor and women the fourth; each has one 'Sennen Sauna' built from a single western red cedar, its stove set inside a hollowed trunk 1.37 m across and open to self-löyly, plus a cold bath (120 cm deep on the men's side), a hot bath and an open-air lounge. The bathing floors are nude and swimwear is not allowed. Entry is ¥2,480 for two hours with free soft drinks, walk-in and cashless.

Greenland Nakasu is a 24-hour sauna and capsule hotel in Nakasu, Hakata's nightlife district. The fifth-floor bath has a Finnish sauna with automatic löyly, an old-style far-infrared sauna, a cold bath around 16 °C, a lukewarm bath and a resting area. A 90-minute sauna pass costs ¥1,400 and the standard stay ¥2,900 (¥2,300 for members), with a ¥200 surcharge on Fridays, Saturdays and nights before holidays. Capsule stays include the sauna.

Sauna Yogan fills the ninth floor of the Heiwadai Hotel Tenjin and has taken walk-in day guests since April 2024. The men-only public area has two saunas: Yogan, lined with lava stone and heated by far-infrared and Finnish stoves to near 100 °C, and Yakyo, a quieter 90 °C room with self-löyly and concert-grade acoustics. Two cold baths are kept around 10 °C and a rooftop terrace has 20-plus chairs. A bookable private sauna takes women and families.

Tenpai no Sato sits halfway up Mount Tenpai in Chikushino, with a natural hot spring drawn from 1,500 m and an open-air bath looking across to Dazaifu and Mount Homan. The renewed saunas take self-löyly on the men's side and automatic löyly on the women's, and the venue posts weekly Aufguss schedules. Six private family baths with Japanese rooms use the same spring. The baths open from 10:30 to 24:00 and close on the second Tuesday of each month.
