Sojourn Spa is a locally owned day spa in Suite 300 of the Cascade Hotel on Wornall Road, by the Country Club Plaza. Its sauna offer is two eucalyptus-wood infrared saunas, one with red light therapy and one built for ADA access or groups of three or more, booked by reservation. A single 45-minute session costs $40, or $25 as a 30-minute add-on to a massage or facial. Guests also get a quiet lounge and spa showers.
