Sweatheory Kansas City

Sweatheory Kansas City is an infrared sauna and fitness studio in a century-old building in the Crossroads Arts District, a minute from the 19th Street streetcar stop. Its private infrared sauna rooms are built of untreated cedar and each has its own shower. A one-hour solo session costs $35, or $65 for two people, and the studio also runs infrared yoga and fitness classes beside a pink Himalayan salt wall. Open daily 9 AM to 8 PM.
