Floating KC

Floating KC is a float spa inside the Arbor Vitae Wellness Center on Central Street in south Kansas City. Besides its sensory deprivation float rooms it offers infrared saunas, booked by the hour for $25 with room for two people per sauna, and cold plunge and contrast therapy sessions from $20. Sauna and plunge packs and an all-access membership are sold. Open until 8 PM daily, from 7 AM Monday to Thursday, 8 AM on Friday and 9 AM at weekends.
