MVMT Studio
A movement studio in Santos, teaching mixed movement, functional training, calisthenics, yoga, pilates and martial arts, with a Recovery Room for contrast therapy: a spacious traditional hot sauna with mood lighting and speakers beside two Polar Plunge cold tubs. The room can be used after class, as a standalone session or at social sessions, and recovery visits are sold alongside class packs and memberships.
The Reformer Lab
A Pilates and barre studio group with studios in Amoreiras, Santos and Estoril. Only the Amoreiras studio has an infrared sauna, booked through the studio's app as a wellness session separately from classes. The Amoreiras studio is open Monday to Friday 7:30–21:00 and at weekends 9:00–17:00.
