The Hot Cold Club

A contrast-therapy studio in Príncipe Real built around two performance saunas heated to 88 °C and four ice baths that range from 4 to 14 °C, so first-timers and regulars can each pick their cold. A brunch café and terrace alongside is open to anyone without booking. Sessions are booked through the club's app or web portal; it is open daily 08:30–17:30 and only to adults 18 and over, and swimwear or light exercise clothes are recommended.
