Aquapark Fala – Strefa Saun
The Strefa Saun at Aquapark Fala is the adults-only (18+) sauna zone of Łódź's big municipal aquapark and a nudity zone. It has ten cabins: indoor Finnish saunas including salt and music-therapy rooms, two large outdoor Finnish saunas used for daily aufguss ceremonies by sauna masters, a small outdoor Finnish sauna, two steam rooms and two infrared saunas. Cooling is a -12 °C snow grotto and an outdoor cold-water pool. One hour costs 54 zł on weekdays.
Stacja Nowa Gdynia – Aquapark
Stacja Nowa Gdynia is a sports and leisure centre beside woodland on the Łódź–Zgierz border. Its aquapark has a 25 m pool, a 33 °C leisure pool and a 57.5 m slide, plus dry sauna areas kept separate for women and men, where sauna use is textile-free, and a steam sauna beside the pool. A brine room with a mini graduation tower overlooks the forest. Entry up to 60 minutes costs 43 zł on weekdays; open 6:00 to 22:00 on weekdays.

The Wellness & Health Club sits on the 10th floor of the DoubleTree by Hilton Łódź, on the site of the former feature-film studio beside the Wytwórnia music club. Panoramic windows look over the city centre from the pool, jacuzzi, gym and the dry and steam saunas. Non-guests can buy a single entry for 140 zł or a monthly card for 550 zł; the club is open daily 6:00 to 22:00.

A ticket covers the 20 m indoor pool, jacuzzi, gym and the saunarium with a dry sauna, steam bath and infrared sauna, plus a snow grotto, salt room, experience shower and bucket showers for cooling. Weekday entry is 36 zł before 16:00 and 45 zł after; weekends 45 zł, for 60 minutes plus 15 to change.
