All spaces are shared, guests must be 18 or over, walk-ins are welcome, visitors bring a swimsuit and everything else is provided, and phones stay out of the bathing areas.

Visitors move freely between baths at different temperatures, a steam room and hot and cold water contrast, with optional massage and a kessa scrub with black soap. Visits are 90-minute turns starting hourly from 10:00 to 22:00; the baths are mixed and swimwear is compulsory.

Madrid Sol y Agua is an urban spa on Calle de la Infanta Mercedes in Tetuán built around a thermal circuit: a warm hydrotherapy pool with jets, a jacuzzi, a Turkish bath and a Finnish sauna, a cold contrast basin or cold shower, essence and Scottish showers, a footbath corridor and a rest area.
