Terme De Montel fills the restored 1921 De Montel stables opposite San Siro stadium and draws certified thermal water from 396 metres below Milan. Its 16,000 m2 park has 10 thermal pools at 34 to 38 °C, 22 °C cold pools, four saunas including a Russian banya and a salt sauna, a steam bath, a hammam and a salt tepidarium, with daily Aufguss ceremonies included in every entry. Swimwear is required throughout. Entry runs from 49 EUR late night to 99 EUR for a full day.

Acquaworld is a water park in Concorezzo, north-east of Milan, with a separate Area Benessere open to visitors aged 16 or over or at least 160 cm tall. The wellness area has an emotional sauna in the Nordic tradition, a frigidarium for cold immersion, a calidarium, a room lined with pink Himalayan salt, hydromassage pools, a monsoon-storm grotto and an outdoor relax pool; the steam rooms are temporarily closed.
